💥3 QUICK NUTRITION TIPS FOR BUSY PEOPLE
1. Put time to eat, prep your meals and grocery shop in your calendar like it’s an appointment and protect that time. It sounds silly, but it works. If something gets scheduled, it gets done.
If you struggle to find time to grocery shop, book it like an appointment. If your days are chaotic, make it first thing in the morning.
2. Don’t eat while working. You’ll end up overeating when you don’t focus on what’s on your plate. Instead, make time to eat and focus solely on eating. Eat slowly and chew your food completely. Remember, no matter how busy you get, you still need to take care of yourself so you’re in a better position to take care of others.
3. Take 5-10 minutes to prep your meals for the day first thing in the morning. Then, when the chaos of the day ensues, you’ll already have your meals positioned out and ready to go so you don’t resort to eating out or grabbing whats most convenient.

Decided to rip an AMRAP on deads at 405 today before doing day 4 of @krisgethin 's muscle building trainer. I think this is a 3 or 4 rep PR at this weight.
