Food makes me happy 💛. Rather than worrying about what diet (ew hate that word) you follow, focus on the foods you're eating. Compared macros between mine (a veggie and also a foodie) and my mums (not a veggie and not a foodie) and guess who reached all her daily nutrient requirements bar one 🙋 you can be a veggie and 'unhealthy' BUT you can also be a non veggie and 'unhealthy'. Its all about education, balance, enjoyment and not stressing yourself out over it 💃 ps this is NOT a post claiming that being a veggie is better. Do whatever is best for you and what makes you feel good 💛

From this past weeks chest training. Looking at my upper body from a physique stand point I need more upper boob. Years of heavy BB press has left me without much of a shelf. Incline BB press will be my main movement for this
mesocycle . So 315x6 for incline press and then some flat press machine up to 4plates per side for about 8 each. I ended with cables flys and started with neutral grip machine press for sets of 8. Got creative with today's workout (the rest of the workout is in my story). First exercise is a pulldown variation that is perfect for isolating your lats. Second clip is an exercise I made up because I couldnt resist hitting some shoulders lol. It's basically an upright row on the seated cable row machine and it was 👌🏼
Upon awakening in the morning, our brains shift into thoughts of love or thoughts of fear. Every moment of every day we choose between the two. When I'm thinking with love, I behave in loving ways. I have a light in me that can bless anyone who I come in contact with, I have the power to forgive anyone for anything, and I can be one in which represents honor, integrity, and respect. When I think with fear, I behave accordingly and see life as a dim light. When my heart is closed, I grow to become angry, bitter, closed minded, and irrational plus so much more. I attract reactions from others that reflect my fear and not my love.
With every thought, we choose to make heaven on earth or hell on earth, for ourselves and for those around us. When we as individuals can begin to think with love more and more consistently, we have the power to bless those around us instead of blame. We have the power to forgive instead of hate. We have the power to honor instead of disrespect. We have the power to believe that better things are in store for us instead of denying that miracles even happen at all.

Der Nightcrawler in seiner natürlichen Umgebung.
Einfach überglücklich wieder im Gym zu sein, auch wenn das Training die nächsten Tage mit angezogener Handbremse stattfinden wird, um sich wieder an die Lasten zu gewöhnen.
Mit dem Jahren lernt man das es sich nicht um einem Sprint handelt, sondern um einen Marathon.
Da dieser Zyklus ein wenig holprig war, fang ich ihn Montag einfach nochmal von vorne an.
Läuft also nicht immer alles wie Butter, auch wenn Instagram oft den Anschein erweckt, da Erfolg natürlich wesentlich ansprechender und cooler ist als Misserfolg, aber das ist nun mal die süße Realität.
Manchmal muss man mit dem arbeiten was das Leben einen zuwirft. "Life is what you make it"
