Raised within the confines of Etrium's Grand capital city of Tethos, lived the beautifully dangerous sorceress named Kylaza. She began her life full of purity and joy, with a clear connection to the life forces around her. She would spend all of her days outside on her family's little apartment balcony observing the minuscule amount of flowers they had. Completely intrigued by any insect that would visit. As she grew older the focus she had on what little nature surrounded her became completely shattered. Friends and family became more and more worried as she refused to date and did not focus on studies. Friends began to call her "gay". Her frustration and hate towards the conforming, stereotypical public began to grow. She hated the disgusting men that would stare, she hated the pressures of abiding to singular learning methods, above all she hated the feeling of the same minds judging her every where she would go. After a failed attempt to try a relationship. She erupted, killing those who ever questioned her focus and passions. Through her growing telekinesis, she contacted the Dark Abyssal Sisterhood of The planet Norovoth In hopes of becoming a feared sister of the dark arts. her thoughts were answered and after passing the sisterhood's heinous tests of magic skill and bravery. She has become the personal hand to Noirielle, the The ruler and high priestess of the Sisterhood. #fantasy#makebelieve#mythical#stories#monsters#humans#infinite#galaxy#art#sketch#colour#pencils#style#unique#creatures#ideas#graphics#becreative#design#create#enjoy#passion#craft#life#lifestyle#fun#strength#visual#image#creation
This is some of the most basic yet profound wisdom I've been given in my life. Mike @greenwell_fitness coming at me with some mental and emotional gains today🙌🏼💪🏼
It's pure profound truth. Something to remember always. You will receive criticism from many people and, often it will be useful, helpful criticism from people who genuinely mean to bring attention to something you could work on. WITH THAT IN MIND, more often than not people will be criticizing you in a form of PROJECTION.
Learn to differentiate the two and you will be surrounded only by people who mean to help you. A very useful life skill. 💯💯

Fearless Friday. Today l decide to make facing my fears a priority. I know they surface when they are attached to things l love and mostly because l don't want to loose them. So l will start making changes in my mind and in my life l can have them and keep them because they are the most important things that should be in my world. It won't be easy but lm definitely going to try because they are worth it. The alternative.. a life of loss and suffering and self sabotage. I take door number one. You with me? #face#fear#strength#love#life#happiness#fitspo#fitfam#friday#qotd#fitspiration
You are a reflection of the people you surround yourself with. I chose to be around people who lead from the front, from people who never stop pushing the limits, and from people who make me want to better myself every single day.
You must make a pact with yourself: you will always, always find a way to help yourself. This pays it forward in so many ways that you don't even realize. You help others in their journey, you create financial gain for yourself and others by then creating jobs, you use your experiences and skills to open yourself up even more, grow, love bigger, be better and thrive under any conditions imaginable. But it has to start with your understanding that it all starts with the standard you set for yourself and what you're willing to do to achieve your goal.
Just because you see somebody doing a particular exercise, doesn't mean you should be doing it.
When selecting exercises try and follow these 3 simple rules.
1. Choose exercises that you can do safely and correctly.
2. Choose exercises that allow you to properly train the target muscle group and/or allow you to achieve your desired training effect.
3. Choose exercises that you can progress at consistently.
Have a good night's sleep everyone 😴
Sometimes you surprise yourself and single arm over head squat a 32kg kettlebell for some reps. You have 7 chances to surprise yourself on how hard you crush the FHIX this week!

So in case anybody was wondering. No I'm not dead, I wasn't crushed under a pile of 45's or something insane. I just decided to take a break from POSTING ALL THE FUCKING TIME. It's honestly really exhausting at times, and I feel as of now while I'm still in the infancy of my powerlifting "career" my efforts are better spent on improve myself, my lifts, my form, my approach to training, etc. than putting up a meaningless video of me deadlifting some random weight that you've seen a million ppl pull before. I want to actually have some level of knowledge to impart on ppl who stumble across my page or ppl that follow me now. And I'm sure as shit not at that point. I'll continue to post. But most likely those posts will be few and far between. I've got some very specific numbers in my mind I need to hit as a goal before I return to regular postings as I feel like by that point I'll have been through enough were I might have some knowledge to pass on more regularly. I follow guys like Matt Wenning or Dave Tate and EVERY SINGLE POST those men puts up has some type of information that you can take away from it. Guys like them are the ones I look up to as they are making everyone they come in contact with better in some way as a lifter.
Anyways long story short. I'm still training my ass off, still making gains, still chasing those big ass lifts.
Videos: squat 370x6 (first rep cut off, proj max 440 conservative. Up from 413 back at the end of July)
Deadlift 460x4 (pulled 525 while in Germany two weeks ago)
