4 weeks out 🏆.
An update on how things are looking as I sit today exactly 4 weeks out from the U.K & international finals with @ukdfba.
Feeling fairly full due to a massive cheat meal last night. Safe to say I’m very happy with how things are looking, still eating 2500 cals 250g of which Carbs. Mentally and physically I feel the best I’ve felt in a very long time. Gunning to give it 1000% already but slowly and surly I’ll start turning up the dial now to really bring the condition in. No distractions, feeling so motivated and gunning for that U.K/International & World tittle 🏆
What will I do
In the end
When the hearts are rotten
When the trees have burnt
The stars have already stopped showing
The moon will too
What will I do then
When the notes have torn
When the sun has faded
Baby doomsday isn't far away
But you are.
Why is it this cigarette ruining me
And not your lips.
Why is this bottle filling me
More than you
Questions and Fiction
Of ending that will never come
Of a sun that will never set
Just your hand with me
My eyes searching for yours
There's no difference inside me
Just Faithfulness and Blindness
And baby it's fucking eating me up
Slowly bite by bite
Waiting for me to give up but
No honey not unless I see the flicker of lights
In the tunnel of our love
Walking through it.
Crawling for peace in your beating heart
Im just waiting
For you and me to become us again
My life is based on regrets and you
Three words that fuck me up
I want you
And the truth that brings me down
You'll never be mine
I'm thinking of heights I won't come down from.
I'm thinking of love that won't heal me
I'm thinking of your palm against my cheeks
You caressing my soul
Gently like you did to my heart
THE Dumbbell incline row or Also know as The Chest Supported Row is one of my favorite exercise for growing those back muscles! We all know that having nice back muscles is aesthetically pleasing, but also having a strong back is very beneficial for your overall health in a daily basis!
The reason why this back exercise is one of my favorites is be because of the many benefits it has. Not only is it just one helluva exercise for growing your back overall, but some of the pros from it are as follows -
1️⃣Reduces the use of momentum
2️⃣Decreases Lower back Stress
3️⃣Ensures Proper Rowing Posture
These are just a few of the many benefits this exercise comes with, so definitely give these a go on your next back day!
For me, I like to do 3-5 sets, 12-15 reps each set. Get it done!
Close grip smith bench.
Always hit this variation of 1 & a half reps ever since my good friend @matty.townsend showed me absolutely destroys the long head of your triceps keeps content tension in the muscle
✅ Set yourself up on the bench so that your elbows can be nicely tucked into your sides but not harsh on the elbows.
✅ Using anover thumb grip come down to your chest press up half a rep then back down to touch the chest then back up again for 1 full rep
✅ Squeeze the triceps hard at the top and make sure to control the eccentric
Train smart. Look good.
Cooking something up for my YouTube channel.. link is in my bio if you want to check it out🌸 also college is good. Now is good. I miss my best friend. And my dog. My dog would have liked to chew on these socks, but I got them while I was here.
As explained bcaa’s are very beneficial if you have disposable income. Some may argue that If you get enough protein (amino acids) via your diet then you don’t need to supplement bcaa’s. while this is somewhat true if you can afford them then it could aid in your performance in the gym
Personally I have used bcaa for years as one of my basic go to supplements. Recently whilst on contest prep the deeper into a deficit I go I start to slowly add in bcaa to prevent my body from Catabolism during my intense training sessions. Main benefits I see are longer lasting energy while I drink bcaa’s during my work out. There is research that suggests when the body is in a deficit (more energy out vs energy in) your bodies need for bcaa increases during intense exercise by up to 500%.
We like to pretend that high heels don’t hurt our feet, and that we always look as good as we do when we’re wearing make-up and our prettiest clothes. We like to tell ourselves that not every guy is the same, and that maybe he’ll change if we’re patient with whatever life throws our way. We hide behind smiles and mask ourselves in laughter while thinking maybe it’ll be enough to convince ourselves we’re really that happen; we tell ourselves we really need to be that happy. But sometimes, life isn’t okay, and it’s okay to not be okay. It’s okay to hurt, and sometimes, we just need a reminder that we’re only human. And as miraculous of a blessing as that is, it can still break you down, leave a mess, shake you up, and confuse you until you don’t understand what it means anymore. You’re going to hurt, you’re going to fall, and you’re going to make mistakes that – sometimes – you even know better than to allow yourself to make. But that’s okay. Sometimes, you just need a reminder that it’ll all be okay; here’s your reminder, beautiful. Hold on for better days, keep that gorgeous smile where we can see it, because I can promise you things won’t always be this way.
