My very first dream catcher I ever made sold last weekend & although it was tough to let go it definitely went to a good home. This was the first piece I made that actually made me realize I could do this for a living, & that I was good enough. It's so important to believe in yourself so give yourself some credit for all the amazing things you do each & every day!! #selflove#lunalifejewelry#believeinyourself#youcandoit#getit
The Hammer & Rings
The badges of my office
The symbols of my true self
Are not worn without a price
I sometimes loathe them because I feel weak and not worthy of the strength that they represent.
Then I remember that it is that strength that I am always striving for
My fear and loathing is only born out of the lifetime pursuit of this strength, glory and honour.
Feeling apreciative today, which is a huge change from the weekend I had.
Seeing this beautiful colorful artwork on my way home from work made me smile. Sometimes I forget that passion and confidence in yourself can create amazing things. ✌👌💚🌈🌹🦊
Whoever painted this is truly gifted.
It's hard to believe that under 2 months ago I looked 5 months pregnant, was constantly bloated, run down, and had no stamina. Most days if I kept moving and drinking more coffee I could push through but if I stopped even for a second I was done. If you would've told me I would've been excited to go ride bikes with my family or to get up every morning and get my exercise in I might've laughed at you. The truth is we can do anything we want to (and that God allows us to) and I of all people should know that. If you want to see something change, change it. If you want to start a new career, make it happen. You want to go skydiving? Make the appointment. You want to have more energy, lose weight, be stronger, or build stamina? Change your lifestyle. The only thing holding any of us back is our actions and our mindset. Henry Ford said it best, "Whether you think you can or you can't, you're right". Stop doubting yourself and go make it happen. Believe in you because that's what it takes. #StartSomewhere#BelieveInYourself#HaveFaith#MakeYourMindUpAndDoIt#FindYourWhy#PushThrough#SetGoals#KeepItMoving#DoItForYou#CoveredGirlzMove#TeamCoveredGirlzMove
Incase you missed some of my stories recently, here's a little bit of my favourite workout moves lately 💃🏽
I've been doing some major reflecting and I cannot even begin to express how happy and GRATEFUL I am that I met @danielledebernardo and she introduced me to this program and community 💓 And I'm beyond proud of myself for making the decision to INVEST IN MYSELF🌸-because as you can see here, fitness makes me SO haply lol😸These 25-30 minute workouts have been my escape and a time dedicated all to myself and my wellbeing during all the stress of life!! And I'm getting stronger every day while I do it 💪🏼 Hello does it get better than that??? 🤔🤷🏽♀️ Make the decisions today that you'll be thankful for in the future, and you'll never regret it 💕
PS this is my FAV song right now 🙌🏼 You're The Best Thing About Me - U2 ft. Kygo ⚡️
They will be many people in your life to judge you. Many to teach you. Many to make you sad. Many to make you happy. Many to criticize you. Many to help you. Many to hurt you. Many to support you... But no matter what others does to you,you are the only to do your best for your self and no one else. If you don't believe in you no one else will. If you just decide one day to give up, everything will fall apart and only YOU can built it up again. In a world full of changes in any single way through the years, is your decision to choose who you want to be. Is your decision to work for what you want to achieve in your life. Believe in you, work hard for it, do it the right way and everything will happen. At the right time.At the right place. With the right people. FOR A RIGHT LIFE! I BELIEVE IN ME (my favorite song at this moment). #believeinyourself#youdeserveit

I say this all the time, working out is HARD. But not being comfortable in your own skin is HARDER. ...
I'm 4 months postpartum and I'm finally back into my pre-pregnancy clothes 🙌🏻 After giving birth, the weight didn't just fall off. I still had to wear XL bottoms and loose fitting shirts because my butt and waist is where I carried all the weight. Sure it might have been easier just to go buy bigger clothes that fit me, but nothing worth having ever comes that easy. So I promised myself I'd work my butt off (literally, bye bye booty😂) to get back into my pre-pregnancy clothes again. 4 months later I can say that I DID IT! ...
Every time I tried my clothes on and they still didn't fit, I'd get SO frustrated. I even asked myself how I was ever going to fit back into my jeans. There were a few nights filled with tears because I was trying my hardest but for me it just wasn't good enough. I had to remind myself that change doesn't happen overnight or over the course of two weeks. I just had to stay consistent. If you're on your own journey, whatever journey that is, don't be discouraged and don't give up on yourself. The change will come!
I notice positive people.
They have this work ethic.
They set goals and #goforit
They have this charisma. 🤔📚
That X factor as they say.
Have you met someone like that?
I've come across them on social media and if they are running their own account and sharing their live videos you can get to know them.
I love it when I come across someone who is doing their thing, rocking it. 👌
Today I've tagged a few that I think you should check out. I'm wondering how quickly you'll notice what I saw in them ❤👊 #tagafriend#postivepeople#holdontight#itscoming#yourenext
