I got up to make some eggs on toast this morning but ended up with this instead. I pulled out the eggs and then everything else in the fridge that looked tasty (which was half the fridge). By the time I finished cutting everything up and putting it on my plate, there was no room for my eggs or my delicious gluten free toast. Oh well that's cool, I've got this amazing salad to devour. I'll have eggs on toast tomorrow.
