With its rich pork bone broth, Tonkotsu has been called the Holy Grail of ramen, and we agree. It will be served with house-made noodles, chashu pork, nori, scallions, enoki and shiitake mushrooms. Limited to 50 bowls, service starts at 7. No reservations. If you've ever had Evan's ramen, you'll know what a rare and life-changing event it is.
