Have you ever been working for something and felt like you weren't moving forward? Maybe plans fell through, you had a #goal , but then #lifehappens . I'm all for #noexcuses , #pushthrough , #getitdone , but let's be real. We are not perfect. All we can hope for is #progress . As Tony Robins says, #progressequalshapiness . I've had some road bumps recently that have slowed me down, caused me to take some #detours . I always ultimately end up where I need to be, but coming to peace with the windy road of #evolution can be a daily challenge. To #seetheforrestthroughthetrees . Out there in the general population, I'm told I've got it together, to them it looks like the #summit . But inside here, in the office, in the gym, in my mind, I'm just past the first base camp. Letting my old mindset die, #limitingbeliefs about my story, is harder than the diet, harder than lifting the weights, harder than getting 7 hours of sleep a night, saying yes to a gallon of water a day and no to empty liquid calories, grinding away at work and staying #hungry for more. I must check my own emotions, #choosehapiness no matter where I am in my journey.

Yeah. That was me today.
I'm trying to start a new business on top of my health and fitness coaching and it's terrifying. I mean, who am I to give others parenting advice?!?! Scheduling and routine coaching?!? So I wallowed for an hour. Marinated in my ugly cry. Put on my favorite workout outfit and got my yoga on. And thanks to a little pep-talk from Noah I'm back on track.
Feeling more like me. More confident. No more missing my morning routine. It messes with me! 🌅 💃
This is life. Not a highlight reel. We all have our crap days and I hope you can all relate to this. I hope you can all take something from this that helps you 🙌

I was talking to a friend yesterday who said she'd never be able to get up this early. I told her she could it just sucks at first and is a serious mental game!! But after a consistent month it gets way easier!

I can't agree with this more... in life you must find that drive and don't take your foot of the gas!! The change you want is out there but you have to step forward to claim it! *Don't be afraid to want something more.
