✨Simple Body Butter Recipe✨ 1/2 cup shea butter, 1/2 coconut oil, 1/2 mango or cocoa butter and 1/4 cup of an oil of your choice (I used olive oil here, but almond oil, rosehip oil, etc work just as well!), plus 15-20 drops of an essential oil (I used lavender here). 🌺 step 1. Put all the solid butters (plus coconut oil) in a double boiler and heat for 20 minutes. Make sure they're on the heat for a min of 20 minutes or else the butter you make will be lumpy later! 🌺 Remove from the heat, and once the mixture has cooled, add the remaining oil (olive) and essential oils. 🌺 Put in the fridge for 1-2 hours until the mixture has semi-solidified. 🌺 whip the mixture (using a whisk or fork) until it has a buttery texture that you're happy with! 🌷Enjoy your body butter!🌷

It's great for their skin, digestive systems, immune systems, and so much more. ✨ As little treats, I make small balls of coconut oil and freeze them on a sheet lined with parchment paper. Once frozen, I will put them in a mason jar and keep them in the freezer. Super quick and healthy treat on a hot day! ✨ ❗️❗️❗️Make sure to start with a small amount ( 1 teaspoon ) and slowly work in more. Starting with too much may cause a mess you don't want to have to clean 🙊. .
