The Straight Arm Plank Clock Walk is a challenging core strengthening exercise that’ll light up your abs and shoulders - @bradgouthro
•
To get started:
1. Get into a push up position with your hands on the floor directly below your shoulders and your feet hip width apart.
2. Keeping your core continuously contracted, walk one arm out to the side to create a wide arm placement, then follow up with your opposite arm to bring your arms back to a shoulder width distance.
3. Ensure you keep your back flat and core strong as you continue walking your arms around in a circle, similar to the arms on a clock.
4. Complete one full circle of the body, then switch directions and repeat back to complete another full circle in the opposite direction.

Core day today, I added some weights to some of the exercises to try and make it a bit more difficult as well. I'm trying to do more weighted days, I'm up to five a week at the minute with two rest days. When I first started I refused to pick up weights but now I hate doing a workout without them.

At the minute I don't have much of a weight selection just 2lb 5lb and 10lb so I might have to try and purchase some in between ones soon to help build up my arms a bit more.

This morning's after-practice fun 👉🏼 baby crow & crow. 
I hadn't done #bakasana since getting pregnant, so there was a bit of fear going into it 😅 The baby crow on the other hand, I had never successfully done it until this morning (not even when I was at my "fittest" pre-pregnancy 👉🏼 if you can even call it that 😂). So I guess there is some good coming out of having to carry around an 8kg 🐒 everyday 😜💪🏼 #armbalance #babycrow #crow #justforfun #ashtangimama #yogafun #coreday

Manejen el peso de la barra. Siempre es mejor realizar pocas repeticiones con buena técnica a muchas repeticiones con mil compensaciones.

Well that's a target area for me at the moment. Oblique Crunches are helping do the trick. I can def feel the muscles trigger when I do these bad boys. I added a 15 pound weight for extra resistance, but you can go without and still feel the burn. Alternate sides,doing a minute on each side. 🔥
