Cueing your athlete can be reallllly confusing when they're upside down. Set some markers before hand so they have a point of reference (shutters, pull-up rig, logo wall) etc. Try to give a specific focus point so they don't get confused "push the floor away" play around with ideas! If it works it isn't stupid 😊

Planche is the very foundations of straight arm pushing and makes most weight lifting and exercise equipment feel like child's play. It targets so many majour (and often neglected) muscles and is so physically demanding to learn that you get a lot of bang for your buck! Work out smart with the worth while movements. We should mention that the journey certainly doesn't start here but come in and have a crack at any of a body weight classes and you too can be on the road to planching with the boys (just may take a few months to years😉)
