It's insane how much lifting weights 🏋🏽 , cardio 🏃🏽♀️, and the proper nutrition plan 🍎can really transform your body in just 16 weeks!! It took a lot of dedication, hours of working out 💪🏼and meal prepping each week, watching other people eat amazing food while on vacation to Canada and New Orleans, Louisiana and not being able to partake, saying no to grandma's cooking, and not drinking or playing soccer!! but in the end...totally worth it to see this amazing and awesome transformation!! :

P.S. The one thing that they don't really tell you....post competition, you will still be eating the same exact diet and still working out every day if you want to maintain your condition...get ready for that!
