Dnes som sa akurát zamýšľala či si tým ukracovaním pohybu (tými dvoma stupienkami na boku) nekradnem nejake booty gainz 😏 zo začiatku som to robila bez nich ale to nastavenie na začiatku a tak mi príde úplne vyčerpávajúce a neviem tak ani glutes precítiť no možno ak by som začala zas s nízkou váhou emm neviem rada by som počula niekoho názor na to 🤗
So I did this thing today.... Died my hair dark.
I loved the red but for whatever reason the whole side Already faded out and was a nasty pale orange and I couldn't take it. My short side was red and the long part literally faded out orange. Eww.
I've had lot of reds in my hair and never had it fade like that.
So I just used something dark to cover it.

I've been reminiscing to last year and where I was at and it's awesome to reflect how I've changed as a person and how everyday I make the effort to chase my goals. The moment I let go of all the distractions was also the moment I figured out what I needed to do. It's crazy how much others around you affect your life and the choices you make. Surround yourself with people that hype you up and want you to succeed!!! Authenticity is such a rarity now a days. Someone acts one way in front of you and another way behind your back. The people constantly bringing you down, speaking negativity in your life, or the people that tell you can't do something are the same people that don't want you to succeed. They are the people who are probably jealous and wish they could do what you do. Wish they had what it took to be where you are, to work like you work. Take a look around you and ask yourself, "Are the people in my life helping me become a better person or are they stopping me from growing into that person?!"

Nie lubię strasznie tych wszystkich motywacyjnych słów typu "Trenuj jakby ten trening miał być Twoim ostatnim" czy "Walcz o lepsze jutro"... za dużo tego tutaj ostatnio, poza tym nic to nie wnosi. Każdy kto źle czuje się ze sobą, prędzej czy później to zrozumie i zacznie dążyć do zmian. A ja jestem tutaj po to, by pomóc i zmotywować, chociażby właśnie samym zdjęciem.. bo pomimo codziennych spraw, obowiązków, problemów - zebrałam się i poszłam się zmęczyć. 😉
Ps. Trening idealnie wpływa na zły humor.
Większość z nas zdaje sobie sprawę z tego, że źle robi, ale czasami naprawdę ciężko jest się zebrać (wiem, bo sama kiedyś to wszystko przechodziłam)... a jak już się zbierze to nie wie kompletnie od czego zacząć. Dlatego trzeba na początku zacisnąć zęby i "zakochać się w procesie" a wszystko inne przyjdzie z czasem. To ma być przyjemność a nie kara! 😊

It was a little busy in the gym when I filmed this ... hence my nervousness about the fire 🔥 extinguisher behind me...! However, I got through the set without setting it off ... which was a win in my eyes 😬
Fundamentals ... basics ... whatever you want to call it, they are really important and I recon if you're anything like me they may be a little tedious and I tend to skip them. If it feels like it's easy, that doesn't always mean it's not worth the effort.
I've been using these exercises as part of my warm up and I'm seeing some great things happen to my workouts... So ... lesson learnt ... don't neglect the fundamentals or warming up.
Try these core exercises as part of your warm up routine: 🔹20 of each (double up for unilateral work)
🔹go super slow on the squats and lunges and squeeze your core
🔹30 sec rest @ the end of the set
Boom 💥 done!
Today was such a busy day, was in school from 7am till 7.30pm 👀 So naturally it ended up being a rest day from the gym 😁 I am pumped for tomorrow morning tho because I'm going to a yoga class!! I haven't done yoga in like a year but I want to try and get back into it! 😄
OMG guys!!!! My hair will not stop growing at ridiculous rates and I freaking love it!!!!
