It should have been the time of my life, but inside I felt terrible! I knew I was over weight and had NO self esteem at all! I felt worthless cause I considered myself to be a "fat" girl! How could I be happy with myself looking like this?
Well the pic on the right is from about 10 days ago where I put my heart and soul into a 21 day program! I followed the nutrition plan and completed all of the workouts!
Yes, there is a difference in the physical aspect of me, but the BIGGEST change is the transformation on the inside of me!

Pescatarian meal #2 of the week: sea scallops and wild caught cod in a lemon basil sauce. The sauce is made with garlic, shallots, white wine, butter, lemon, cherry tomatoes, fresh basil, and a bunch of different spices. Everything on top of a bit of rice and sautéed baby arugula. 🐟
