FAILURE ISN'T FOREVER
Failure can provide you with empowering lessons, there's no way of taking yourself out of this fear. Just keep embracing challenges until you have had enough experience and understand that failure isn't forever.
Learn from your failures, use them as a tool to find a better way of achieving your goal and overcome obstacles that have tripped you up in the past
Weekend is going to be hectic this time so I did my LSD run today. Longest training run before the big one is done and dusted.
Everything was ok till 12 Km and after that I felt really tired, my legs were screaming to stop, I was hungry thirsty and just wanted to stop. Phone battery died after 15 km when I still had 4 more to go, I almost gave up, then I met these two runners whom I met earlier and they paced me for next 4 km.
It was my longest & toughest run and I am so glad that its done. 😊
Took the day/evening off of working out. I went and met a good friend for drinks (well me.... Shirley Temples). Sometimes what's good for the body is to break away from the demands of your reality and enjoy some good company.
Some times meeting up with friends is more about feeding your soul than your belly (don't get me wrong, real food was consumed). But it's nice to escape home life and connect with friends. It's nice to know that even though we may have different struggles, WE ALL STRUGGLE! Even the people who "appear" to have their sh*t together. Just remember that those who appear that way are ONLY showing you their life highlights.
There's nothing wrong with that. But I don't know about you, I'd rather watch the whole film. I respect and appreciate those who keep the reel of life rolling.... ALL THE TIME.
Quality to nutrition to me, are food sources that are natural, one ingredient, whole foods that are free from chemicals and ingredients that we struggle pronounce. Natural foods are mother natures gift to the universe. They have have a shelf life of just a few days and have grown or fed from the soil of our earth.
Lets choose to eat natural and healthy foods because it feels good, our bodies need/crave it and they operate at their best when they are fueled with quality nutrition.

When you wake up at 5:30AM to go on a run with your dog and want to take a picture to document it and this happens😂 This is what I get for trying to be "#artsy " 😅 ANYWAY school has me swamped but I am still hanging on with my #100strong ladies on #bbgweek3 !
I flew in today from my vacation at 3pm. I have a bit of jet lag, I'm on a schedule that is 2 hours ahead so at the time of my class I'd be sleeping this last week, and this last week I lacked exercising but I made no excuses tonight and said I'm not canceling my class because there is nothing more fun and amazing!!! So happy all the ladies that showed up tonight! All my usual ladies literally killing it and I feel like they could teach the class now. Then we had a couple awesome newbies tonight and I always appreciate people willingly stepping out of their comfort zone and pushing their self in a different way.
Tonight was awesome!!! And I seriously appreciate all the support from my friends and all the people that decided to keep coming to my class. I get people to my class all by word of mouth and I literally couldn't do it without the few ladies in here that keep on coming back and always bring new friends and family members! Thank you!! 😘😘

Busy week for Zoe! 2nd preschool picture day, and the binky fairy came last Friday. She's such a big girl now! No binky anymore, and she loves sleeping in her Moana sleeping bag! It cracks us up bc she sleeps in her own bedroom in it, but on the floor. One of these days we will get her to sleep in her big girl bed! 😜
