Il pranzo di oggi è stato a base di; pasta al sugo, bresaola, olio evo e verdure cotte e crude🍄
Oggi sarà un rest day 😭 e probabilmente anche domani (anche se domani andrò a fare shopping quindi il cardio ci sarà di sicuro 😂)
Vedrò di recuperare in qualche modo durante il resto della settimana!
