Did someone say protein donuts?! This is two of our favourite things!!! Ingredients:
12g (1/8 cup) whey protein
100g gluten-free self-raising flour (this was key to making the donuts airy and cakey)
1.5 egg whites
1 tsp vanilla
22g coconut sugar
Splash of almond milk (enough to turn the batter into a thick pancakey batter)
Directions: Whisk all your ingredients together and bake in a silicone donut tray for no more than 15 minutes at 180C Then, add your melted dark chocolate and sprinkles! Or eat them naked, if you want. The donuts I mean, not you. Unless… well… whatever floats your boat 😏 #fitsuppsau
Nothing like a splash of Kaya ☀️💛 to brighten up a grey Wednesday! Getting a workout or class in on a day like today is important 😊. Exercise releases endorphins which help to boost your mood on a chilly, grey day like today!
I like to train hard but have fun at the same time and I certainly like to think I make my classes fun! After all if you don't like what you do it becomes a chore and ain't nobody got time for that 💁make exercise part of your daily routine and it becomes a habit 👌🤘
Marathon Training W7 Key Run 2..
8 miles before 8am and I get to walk in to this beautiful face. Every. Day. #grateful .
Not my best tempo run and no excuse really. The training seems to be taking its toll with just 6 weeks to go. It's pushing through time now.
