Think about this one for a second.... @nicksanto534 was born with one arm and no legs. In his mind, there's nothing he can't do... and he's right. He's right because he does everything he sets his mind to. Competed as an amateur wrestler, motivational speaker, trains like a beast and today (Sat 9/23) he competes in his first bodybuilding contest.
We chatted after my workout about the power of choice. He said, I could've been pissed at the world for being born like this, but instead I choose to live life to the fullest, be happy and crush everything I put my mind to and hopefully, I can inspire people to do the same.
Life deals us cards on a daily basis, but we always get to decide how we're gonna play 'em.
Keep crushing life my man and inspiring all those around you.
And thank you for helping frame my perspective on life just a little bit more.

I've been working a lot more with kettle bells lately just to change it up. A year and a half of bodybuilding/strength training 6 days a week can get a little stale so it's been fun to literally throw some weight around 😆 ▪️KB Windmill 3X10ech side
That's it, im done! 14 weeks first diet done! Left picture (194lbs) was 14 june and the right one (178.5lbs) is today condition on sept 23. Really happy of the results and I wish I could have keep it going for another 2-3 weeks but all the energy is gone and work is getting really busy. Thanks to my roommate @th3unstoppable for his help and I can't wait to see him on IDFA stage on october 7! Also thanks to @joffrey_laurin for the program and his exercices plan to fix my back.Looking forward to only put lean mass on from now. //// Voilà première diète de completer après quelques années d'entrainements a manger a peu près n'importe quoi.. très heureux des résultats en 14 semaines malgré la pizza/beigne de temps a autres. I remember when I was a little girl (around 7 or 8), I would take piles of books around the house and use them for chest press, sit ups, or stack them on my back for planks. I would also run laps around my parents couch or spend forever on the treadmill they owned. Looking back on it now, I have no idea where I got those ideas or the motivation behind them. Now here I am, 13 years later. Didn't feel like leaving the comfort of my home while it was storming.. so I completed a quick workout at home.
