So do me a favor and grab a green smoothie, juice or a big salad today and really pay attention to how you feel afterward. Definitely my kind of dinner, big and hot 🔥! Chilli burrito wrap, three types of salsa, pulled pork, chilli sauce, cheese, rice, pinto beans, lettuce, romesco, lime juice, double jalapeno and added extra #guacamole because who don't love some extra #avocado 😋 followed by ice cream for #dessert. I love waking up early during the fall season and be able to enjoy a warm bowl of oats before all the chaos at work. 👉 1/2 cup of @everlandfoods rolled oats, 1/2 mash banana, 1 tsp maple syrup, 1 tbsp @naturesintentfoods chia seeds, 1tbsp of dried cranberries, a pinch of cinnamon, 1 tbsp of @newworldfoods peanut butter cooked in 1 cup soy milk. Toppings are 🍌, fig, @everlandfoods coconut flakes, bee pollen, moringa powder and @omg_superfoods cacao nibs.

This morning I was in the rush, had to many things to do before leaving the house, so I just prepare my Chocolat Nutrimeal, put it in a masson jar, shook it, and put it in my bag. Details (do it):
1 cup steamed then frozen cauliflower
1/2 sweet mango
1/2 banana 
1/2 avocado
1 + 1/2 heaped tbs plain protein powder (I use sprouted brown rice)
Some full fat reallly thick coconut milk (~2 tbs 🤷🏼‍♀️)
1/2 cup unsweetened rice &coconut milk
Blend blend blend and top it off with your favorite toppings (almond butter) 😛

Après plusieurs essais infructueux, j'ai enfin réussi à faire des vrais steaks végétaux ! Avant je faisais des galettes de lentilles régulièrement, mais j'y mettais toujours un œuf. Il fallait que j'essaye sans !
Cuisiner végétalien représente pour moi pleins de défis à relever, alors c'est quelque chose que j'aime faire de plus en plus, même si je consomme de la viande. 😄 
Ces steaks sont à base de lentilles, de quinoa et de noix, auxquels j'ajoute des épices et des légumes dont je garde le secret 😜 
On peut les déguster dans un burger, en accompagnement avec des légumes, etc ... Et pour la conservation, je ne peux pas vous dire, j'ai tout mangé 😝

Diet back on track post-holiday. @myproteinuk pancakes, scrambled eggs and a coffee alternative from @wholeearthfoods for breakfast. Not had a coffee since we got back from Spain to spare my brain a little. Never tried this before, but it's actually good! And the protein pancakes are also yummy.

Yessss! Grilled bacon and toms, steamed mushrooms and spinach (added a splash of water to the pan to help cook), wholemeal toast (egg yolk acts as butter 😍) and shallow fried eggs in water (still can't poach egg properly 😂)... tasty, healthy, super lean aaaand 2.5 of you 5 a day👌🏼
