Frozen berries- 150 grams low fat Greek yogurt - 1 scoop of Vanilla protein and a crushed bar of 85% dark chocolate crushed into chips. All totals around 350kcals with a great 24 grams of protein 14grams of fat and 19gram of carbs

For real though, single arm kettle bell swings on the Bosu...if you're going to try....get a spotter, or 2...just trust me on that one ๐Ÿ˜ฑ

This week is supposed to be a recovery week ๐Ÿ˜–. I dropped volume and intensity down significantly and instead focused on form. Ahhhhhh!!!!!!! So boring. So yesterday I did front squats and they felt so good. Today had some time on my hands and even though it's supposed to be cardio only, which I need :(, but hate, I decided to work up to some heavy front squats. -
Yesterday was my first day front squatting seriously in about 6 weeks and everything felt smooth. I decided to put a little weight on the bar and well epic fail. I did get 295 for 1 prior to finding someone to record me from a better angle but I knew it was questionable as I could feel my lats on fire from the previous set. When your lats are on fire squatting you know the deload is a must ๐Ÿ˜‚. Anyway good news is I still feel stronger than ever on my new program. #liftheavy #getbig mission now is to #getlean.

Gym Etiquette ๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿป While at the gym this morning I was shocked to see such poor etiquette. 
I mean come on people, follow the rules of life!

Here are my 3 Gym Etiquette Rules to follow so people don't hate you: 
1. Don't hog a machine, squat rack, treadmill, etc. while also being unwilling to work in with someone else when they ask. 
Basically, practice what you preach. 
We teach our own kids to share, so why don't we follow our own advise?! 2. Clean up your area! Put your weights away and wipe down your equipment. 
No one wants to re-rack your weights or lay down on an unclean, sweaty bench. ๐Ÿ˜

Do the right thing, don't be a jerk! 
3. Be friendly! Stop walking around with a grumpy face. Instead smile at others. And give out a compliment to a fellow gym patron, it will make their day. 
It comes down to this:

Just be nice. 
Be clean. 
Be respectful. 
And be happy. "Good manners reflect something from inside-an innate sense of consideration for others and respect for self." Now go be the Warrior Mom you were meant to be!

After my small op on the 3rd September, I decided to take a break from working out, give my body a chance to heal and recover from the general anaesthetic. So, tonight, I jumped back in with both feet... literally!!!
