Consuming turmeric does not have to be limited to just curry dishes. It goes wonderfully with just about any food or beverage. Adding just a pinch to vegetables, soups, dressings, marinades and teas are great ways to soak up the benefits of turmerics. Walking without knowing where you want to go is even harder than walking to get to a specific place. When you have something to achieve, a goal, you are more focus to get there, you are more motivated, you plan and execute, because you have something clear in your head. That goal is what will guide you to the right path, it doesn't matter the pace, what matters is that you know you want to get there and you know you will.

Wish I was on this BEACH!! Ha. I'm sitting at my teacher desk, taking a break from lesson planning and taking a moment to meditate. And then I just had to share this tip! Meditation is AMAZING for your health and here's why: our days are overrun by noise, responsibility, self-talk, IG notifications, emails, other people's expectations, chores, errannds and on and on. Every second that we are bombarded with a new thought or task can make our inner thought life feel out of control and negative. Taking a moment to sit in silence can clear the mind, silence the worry, and completely rejuvenate your mind, body and soul. If you feel weird about meditation Bc you think it conflicts with your spiritual beliefs, then just call it silence 😊 It doesn't have to be anything other than silence and deep breaths 🙏🏼and prayer to the one true God 🙏🏼
