Within traditional Chinese medicine, a holistic, integrated system of thinking, each element also corresponds to a season. Some say that we have 5 seasons instead of 4. With the 5th season being summer transitioning to autumn - late summer.
I don't know how it is with you but I find this time of year always being one of the most difficult. Nature getting ready for hibernation and so much changing in our lives and within ourselves.
