Querida Madre Tierra.
En el nombre de la Presencia Divina que mora dentro de cada ser de esta humanidad, te pedimos perdón por todas aquellas cosas que consciente o inconscientemente, voluntaria o involuntariamente hemos hecho y que te han causado daños.
Te pedimos perdón por haber abusado de tus recursos, por haber traído tanta inarmonía y desequilibrio a tu hermosa naturaleza, y a los demás seres de la Creación.
Te pedimos perdón por no haber sabido disfrutar de los bienes, dones y bendiciones que nos has brindado y en lugar de ello, haberlos estropeado hasta su casi extinción, y haberlos desperdiciado y consumido irresponsablemente
Pero hoy te pedimos, no con miedo ni con dolor, sino con todo el amor del que somos capaces y desde nuestra alma, chispa Divina de luz, plenos de fe en que nos escuchas y comprendes, te pedimos que recibas esta Luz y el Amor que te estamos enviando, que acojas en tu seno toda esta energía sanadora que de nuestros corazones y de nuestras manos estamos brindándote en retribución a todas las bendiciones que nos has dado.
Recibe nuestra LUZ y llévala hasta el fondo de tu ser, hasta tu centro, hasta tu mismísimo seno, y que desde allí, amada Gaia, reine e irradie la PAZ y la TRANQUILIDAD … y se manifieste la CALMA desde tus profundidades hasta tu superficie… en continentes, mares y océanos, en los ríos, lagos, montañas, llanuras, ciudades y pueblos…
Te pedimos, y te agradecemos profundamente porque día a día podemos disfrutar de tus bondades y de las bendiciones del cielo mientras transitamos nuestro camino de LUZ en esta encarnación aquí, sobre tu cuerpo, y te pedimos que por favor, continúes latiendo.
Gracias Amada Madre Tierra, porque yo sé que nos escuchas.

Dynamic hip stability is a key factor for better balance. Lift one foot - hold onto something if needed - literally tip your trunk sideways as you lift the foot higher out to the side. HOLD. ✨You do not need to stand on a #citibike rack to do this. 😉

I will be guiding you through the sound of Tibetan, Himalayan and Crystal singing bowls, Indian bells and other instruments in a Sound Bath experience that will wash away all that no longer serves you and help you to recharge energies for the new season to come.

I am a lifter.
I love to make other people feel good.
Today I became incredibly aware of the kindness/lifting shown by others.
I felt it.
I watched it and soaked it in. 🙌🏼💗
Teaching my middle school art classes today was a give and take.
I give positive feedback every class.
Today I listened, observed and watched as the kindness spread and the students lifted each other up.
Lifting others is a contagious magic. ✨

Desbordada con el exceso de responsabilidad y con lo que genera en mi, estar en la duda.
Asi que, le voy a dar la vuelta a esto.
Cambio la perspectiva, me permito ver las cosas desde otros ángulos y aparecen más oportunidades.
Las incomodidades que surgen en la asana, eso que molesta , donde aparece la tensión , las "imperfeciones" . Esa incomodidad hay que trabajarla con amor, con mucho amor .
Además de desbloquear , deshacer nudos , de soltar tensiones , es una fuente de aprendizaje.
Me doy cuenta y hay transformación .
Trabajamos con energía. Patrones que grabamos , que se guardan en el cuerpo físico. Que creamos, con las experiencias que nos toca vivir, creencias limitantes, emociones atrapadas, pasiones ,pensamientos negativos .. Cuando modificas un patrón en el cuerpo físico también hay transformación emocional y mental.
El yoga que es una bendición. Un camino consciente lleno de regalos .
