Dip dip dip !
Delicious #mediterranean homemade dips, from bottom to top:
A #tzatziki sauce made with pressed yogurt, chopped cucumbers, dry mint, minced garlic, sea salt and black pepper.
Beet-hummus (shout outs to @yalda_m) made from fresh beets blended with chickpeas, tahini and lemon juice. Topped with some crumbled feta cheese, chickpeas soaked in beet juice and cilantro.
Baba Ganoush Hummus, your basic hummus with an eggplant twist!
Goes great as a snack or appetizer with fresh pita bread or #fattoush#yummy

Currently the dogma of the day is to eat lots of fat. The more the better...
Yesterday, it was to eat a lot of grains. The more fiber the better - even if it's from processed starches...
Next week, it may be high protein (again), but my point is that it can often be dangerous relying on the current beliefs of the day...
I prefer instead to rely on what we know to be true - not conjecture. Just the facts and what's been proven over thousands of years...
Just remember, whether it's diet advice or any other major belief being propagated by the media it's okay to walk alone...
You don't need to join the current fad of the day. You're strong enough to find your own path and live the truth...
