Side jobs can be fun! The chimney on this old log cabin is falling down and is tearing down the walls while pulling up the floor. We have to take down the chimney and rebuild it on a new foundation, without damaging the rocks or walls. So this was built haha

Are you PROGRESSING on every movement possible and focusing on the actual contraction?? Or just going through the motions?
🤷♂️I see it time & time again. To many people just lifting weights from "A" to "B" with no thought of how it gets their. Focusing on the squeeze & contraction is another key part to the movement. You need to be able to connect that muscle your looking to train, Giving you a better chance of progressing that actual muscle.
Progressing EVERY single exercise should be a key part of your programme, I'll be honest and in the past the "FLUFF" work I didn't care about, until I realised I make greater gains increasing everything... even calves 😂
Yes I realise I make a lot of faces....sometimes I grunt & shut my eyes to but if I'm progressing towards my goal I couldn't care less. Just make sure you maintain good form and up the weight, reps & sets where possible or increase the focus of the contraction.
