What have you learnt about yourself today?
Once I realized how much my attitude can affect my life flow, I made a firm decision to change it, and I am working on it each day. You see, you’re the only person that has the ability to change the way you feel. Choosing to be grateful is a wonderful way of choosing to be happy. When you wake every morning, before you get out of bed, close your eyes and think of one or two things that you are really grateful for in your life. Let that something bring a smile to your face, and enjoy the happiness it brings to your body. Starting your day on a positive note can have a HUGE impact on your day. #namaste

We were blessed with a captivating lecture from the rather magical Sutapa Das. Dropping spiritual wisdom love bombs all around us. ✨✨ Somehow I got 'encouraged' to lead a meditation which was so nice and I loved playing the harmonium too - such resonance.✨✨. And in such a bhav-filled room to do this work in.. Sri Prabhupada's living quarters. 🙌🙌 Always bringing myself back to to this, particularly when I don't feel quite myself or just a bit down (which I must admit, I definitely did today!). I know I can't be truly grateful and in a bad mood the same time. So I normally spend the first 15 minutes of my morning visualising my goals & dreams, and being grateful for the past, present & the future. But this morning I was in a rush so I didn't do it..and for the rest of the day, I just felt off. It's amazing to notice how much happiness & energy something as simple as morning gratitude can bring to myself and my day!
