Here is a great easy recipe if you're looking for some comfort food without too many calories. This whole pie is around 1000 calories so I split it with @mfisher1410 which is a decent sized meal for anyone. 
100g lamb backstrap 
250g chicken breast fillets
1 carrot chopped
1 eggplant chopped
1 brown onion chopped
2 cloves garlic 
2 cups of chicken stock 
2-3 teaspoons of curry powder
2 teaspoons of dried oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
Olive oil
1 sheet of puff pastry

I used a frypan that is oven safe for an easy transfer and clean up. Heat up some oil in the pain and saute the garlic and onion until soft. 
Add the lamb and chicken and saute until it changes colour and add oregano. Stir thoroughly and saute until meat is nearly cooked through. 
Add carrot and eggplant and stir through. Continue to add curry powder and stock until 3/4 covered and bring to the boil. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Continue stirring occasionally to allow stock to reduce. When you have a thick consistency put puff pastry over the top and finish in the oven until pastry is golden.

Este depende de muchos factores entre ellos la edad, el peso, la composición corporal y el sexo (género).

ETA o Efecto Térmico de los Alimentos: es la energía que el organismo utiliza para digerir, absorber y metabolizar los nutrientes de los alimentos que consumimos. Se dice que una dieta omnívora tiene un ETA de un 10% del GET. Dietas bajas en proteínas generan ETAs más bajas.

Actividad Física y ejercicio físico: Es el aspecto más variable. Entre más te mueves más energía puedes gastar y por eso es que todas las recomendaciones de salud hacen alusión a aumentar el tiempo físicamente activo. No es necesario meterte al gimnasio, ni entrenarte de forma profesional para aumentar tu nivel de actividad física, basta con no estar tanto tiempo sentado, desplazarte a pie y subir escaleras diariamente y varias veces al día. Pero, ¿Realmente sirve de algo esta recomendación? ¿Cómo la contabilizamos? ¿Debemos medirla?
#Caminar es una actividad sencilla, que no necesita demasiada preparación física y puede realizarse a cualquier edad; solo usar un calzado cómodo, marcar un objetivo realista e ir mejorando nuestros propios registros.
Para que una persona se considere Activa debe realizar al menos entre  10000 y 12500 pasos/día. Considerándose Sedentaria si esta cifra no alcanza los 5000 pasos/día.

Many people over look the isolation exercises. While I think there is moderation with all things, performing isolation exercises can increase strength at that area bring "flexed" but also in a ~20 degree angle of that area. So if you work on an isolated flex at say 45* , then you are also gaining strength in the ranges of ~25*- ~65*.
