Last day of #RockYourWorld2017 and I chose to do a one legged crow or a Eka Pada Bakasana!
I remember crow was the first 'cool' arm balance I learned and I never even dreamed of being able to lift my leg, now I'm lifting my leg and doing my Yoga Teacher training, how amazing, I mean I'm really grateful for everything! All the bad, all the good, I don't think I'd be were I am now. All that aside, should eat another pack of oreos or is it too late?! THE REAL IMPORTANT THINGZZZZ BRO. What a beautiful day! ☀️ I spent this gorgeous morning at a cacao ceremony in the woods, led by @kellyasana 💐🌻🌸 Joined by my bestie @jennyforthewin, some of my fellow former #YTTs , and complete strangers - we sang, we played music, we did yoga, we meditated. ✨ I feel so lucky to be part of this community and to be doing the work with these beautiful humans. A common sleeping problem is the inability to shut off a racing mind. Fortunately, there's a simple oil solution! Try applying diluted Cedarwood essential oil to the bottoms of your feet. Works wonders for me! I can help you get your hands on some, DM me or jump on the bandwagon in my profile!

Today I attended my first, and certainly not last, yoga class. I'm completely in love 😍 I have exams in Thermodynamics and Differential Equations this week and completely needed this. Post yoga snack was an open peanut butter sandwich with cocoa roasted almonds. Backbending has always been hard for me and trying to do #Kapinjalasana really pushed me to the limit.
Even though I warmed up a lot with other postures and tried several times, I found myself very frustrated cause I just couldn’t find the #balance or the rotation in the shoulder.
