I almost made excuses this morning to not get my workout in. I fell asleep with all my lights on, work clothes still on, and well, didn’t get a very good sleep. 😓 I also am NOT a fan at all of cardio and today I had 45 minutes of it. 45 minutes! 😫 My internet was being slow and I started to get even more unmotivated to get it done. 🙅🏼 Still did it though. And not only did I not half ass it at all, I put my whole ass into it! 😂 Lol I worked harder this morning than I thought I could. I put my mind to it, I knew I needed it. As much as I hate cardio workouts, that feeling you get when your done and you can proudly say I effing did it, is priceless. No words to describe that feeling except feeling proud of yourself. 💜🌟 I’m much more alert and ready to take on the day I have ahead of me. It's crazy to think how far I have come over the past few years. I woke up at 3:30 am today so that I could workout, post in my challenge group, send some messages and have some personal development and silent time. I have stepped out of my comfort zone and into the world on virtual fitness coaching. Talk about a transformation! .

Do you have a workout or accountability partner that you love to encourage? We should all have that special person that we share our goals and/or achievements with! This past Saturday, my girl @divabigstuff who is the epitome of working hard for the kids and taking care of her family while wearing a beautiful smile shared a nice workout with me. She invited me to this event and I'm glad we were able to do this together. We are our Sister's Keepers! She has supported me on so many levels over the years and we will continue to be there for each other! My Shero too! 😍
I love to workout on rainy days, I find that they motivate me. Maybe it’s because I know I’m not missing much by being inside 😀I put more into my workouts on days like this ...so on that note- I’m going to workout!
