Here's a little cardio finisher I like to throw in at the end of a workout to keep my clients and I in tip top shape 👌🏽
🔹20 seconds work
🔹40 seconds rest
✔️Repeat for 4 total rounds
The more in shape you are, the more work you can do in the gym, the better your physique will look.
No ropes? Do this same protocol anywhere with just your body by doing burpees instead! Aim for 8-10 burpees each 20 second work interval.
