The Protector 2 (2014)
At one point, Tony Jaa was the next action superstar after the likes of Ong Bak 1 and The Protector but somewhere during Ong Bak 2 and 3, people didn't care about him anymore. In come Protector 2 which initially many, including ourselves, were genuinly excited for it. What we ended up getting was a horrible action movie with some good fights. Tony Jaa deserves better than this!!!! #TonyJaa#TheRza#rza#theprotector#3BGPodcast#podcast
I cannot overstate how meaningful the experience of creating this podcast was for me. It was a deep reminder of how important schools like @alpinevalleyschool are and the difference they make in young people's lives. It was a reenergizing experience. ❤️ #Repost @alpinevalleyschool (@get_repost)

@Regrann from @kingsleygrant - While recovering from surgery @heneka_watkis_porter had an epiphany that was triggered by something she was watching on television. She immediately contacted some of her friends to share the idea even forgetting that she was in recovery.
Her excitement was hard to contain as she bounced the idea around with her friends seeking for their input. The idea was to start a clothing line and use the name "Patwa," which captures the sound of the country's dialect - patois.
Her love for this new business idea grew and grew. It got to the point where she was focusing more of her attention on this new business. This eventually led to her making the decision to resign from her 9-5 job.
Hear more of what she had to say in this episode. The link is in the bio (@kingsleygrant )
Episode 18 of the podcast is now live on iTunes! James Patrick sits down with licensed therapist and FITposium team member Kelly Spartonos to discuss the misconceptions surrounding success and the need for invaluable critiques and feedback that can help propel our careers.
The duo then gets into how to accept guidance and important suggestions without allowing our egos and fear of failure to block the information. James and Kelly share from their own personal experiences with receiving harsh critique and feedback in the spirit of helping upcoming FITposium attendees with their portfolio review sessions.
The final moments of the podcast, the two talk about the importance of experience and how putting ourselves in situations to receive feedback and critique is exactly what attendees need to grow their brands.
Stay tuned for more information on their upcoming LAUNCH program for fitness entrepreneurs that will kick off right after FITposium 2017.

Earlier this week, I had the pleasure of being on the @keithandthegirl #podcast . I then got ganged up on by four comedians just two days off of a bad break up. I'm still feeling pretty numb. But for one hour that day I got to feel pure #joy (and endured merciless ridicule). Then I left and went back to being a heartbroken wreck 💔. Sorry to @reallysamevans for accidentally butting in on his episode. Thanks to Keith and @chemdakatg for having me on. And thanks to @andrea_allan88 for being a raging cunt ❤️.
I love that my job makes me laugh at my pain, if only for moments at a time. Go listen to Keith and the Girl for the episode titled "Love Is Hard". (KATG.com/BillyProcida)
"Today you are YOU, that is truer than TRUE.
There is no one alive who is YOUER than YOU." - Dr. Seuss
The "you" that you are may change from day to day. Some days you will be happy, some you will be sad, others anxious or playful, sometimes inspired, sometimes lazy. It's ok to change the "you" that you are each day, as long as you are always being yourself.
Today focus, on being you, being the real you. If today you're feeling happy, express that, if you're feeling sad, embrace those feelings and open up to a friend about it.
The best thing you can do for yourself and for those around you is to be honest with yourself, and them, about who you are today. - Bea Chess (I love this picture of Ashley and me being our silly, quirky selves!)
