One of the most simple dishes I make regularly now, but one of my favourite. Crispy fish (heat oil on frying pan until smoking a bit then place fish and cook until both sides are well done), tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, lettuce and feta cheese. Drizzle with a bit of balsamic vinegar. 
That's it. It's fucking great, takes no time to make and it's an easy cleanup.

This is what lunch dreams are made of😍 I had been suffering from some SERIOUS BBQ cravings all week! Not to mention the chicken cravings!! You know how some days your body just feels starved of meat and your like feed me that whole chicken, and those chicken legs... and I'll take those chicken thighs too☺️. Hmmm yes...
So I made this paleo BBQ chicken but after I put it in the oven I ran outside to watch the eclipse and of course I forgot about it! Let's just say it was a little crispy😂 (that's okay though, still super delicious!!). Sandwiched with a bed of kale and homemade paleo pumpkin roll🤙🏼 The recipe for the roll is my paleo hamburger bun recipe on the blog (link in profile), I just swapped the applesauce for canned organic pumpkin 🎃 1:1 ratio. Made this bean dip over the weekend for one of my friend's birthday party extravaganza
>
RECIPE:
1 can corn (non GMO and organic)
1 can black beans
1 can black eyed peas
1/2 cup chopped red onion
1 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped jalapeños
1 cup chopped red bell peppers (or 1 jar red pimentos)
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 apple cider vinegar
1 cup stevia

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Open the cans of corn, black beans and black eyes peas and pour into a strainer. Wash throughly to remove any extra salt and preservatives. Toss the ingredients into a large mixing bowl.
2. Chop the red onion, celery, jalapeños, and red bell pepper. Toss ingredients into the same bowl as the beans and corn.
3. Pour in olive oil, apple cider vinegar and stevia. Mix with a spoon and try to cover most ingredients with the liquid.
4. Let the bowl sit for 3-24 hours in the refrigerator. The longer it marinates, the better it tastes :) Stir the dip every few hours.
5. Remove from the fridge and drain any excess liquid in a strainer when done marinating. Then Enjoy!

#ROTW | recipe: Lime & mint yoghurt marinated chicken (2 persons)
1/2x tsp coriander seeds
1/4x tsp whole peppercorns 
1/4x tsp rock salt
1x garlic clove
2x skinless, boneless chicken breasts
1x juice & zest gratings of lime
1/2x handful of chopped mint
2x heaped tbsp of high protein low fat yoghurt 
1. Grind peppercorns, rock salt, garlic, coriander seeds in pestle & mortar then transfer to a tub or bowl.

2. Add zest & juice of lime to bowl with yoghurt and mint, whisk with a fork until ingredients mixed into a creamy paste.

3. Cut chicken in desired fashion, preferably butterfly cut the breast & place in mixture coating fully. Cover with cling film & leave to marinate in fridge minimum of 20mins (preferred 1-2hours). 4. Grill chicken on BBQ, hot griddle pan or under grill on tray for 5-7mins each side depending on heat of surface. 
5. Enjoy with mixed leaf salad and/or spiced couscous.

Recipe:
3 ripe banana
2 eggs
1 cup greek yoghurt /coconut cream
1/2 cup pitted medjool dates
2 tbsp water
Pinch of salt
Vanilla
1/2 cup oat flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup cocoa powder
150g melted dark chocolate
1 cup walnut
EZ coat spray

First of all add the pitted medjool dates with water to a food processor and blitz until combined. After you should mash the bananas with a fork and combine all the other ingredients in a medium bowl. Pour the dough into a loaf covered with EZ coat spray. Bake in a preheated oven at 180* C / 350* F for 45 - 50 minutes.

Én egy 2 dl-es bögrét vettem alapul a méréshez. De ahova tudtam beírtam grammban is a hozzávalókat. Először a kimagozott medjool datolyákat és a vizet összedolgoztam robotgéppel, amíg összeállt. Majd a banánokat villával összetörtem, ehhez adtam hozzá a többi hozzávalót és egy nagy tálban összekevertem az egészet. EZ coat spray-vel lefújt kenyérformába öntöttem a tésztát és előmelegített 180 fokos sütőben 45 - 50 percig sütöttem.

I love how every time I pull out the book 60 days, it's always so timely + relevant. With 30 days left until Rosh Hashana, I was so excited to put aside work for a few minutes to read DAY ONE. 
And of course it's one of my most favorite pages. I base a lot of my health coaching on this concept and yet, it was still the perfect reminder for me today after struggling to keep to my 'day old new school year resolution' of waking up much earlier than my kids. 
When creating new goals and habits it's not so much about the new habit, what you want to do differently and what your goals are, but rather it's about recognizing what habits are holding you back and preventing you from accomplishing your goal. How you can change those habits hat will then allow you to easily and successfully reach your goal?? For me, a natural night owl, I really have to go to bed *much* earlier if I want to be able wake up much earlier than my kids. 🙃 So... that's my goal for tonight!! What's one thing you could do differently to set yourself up to successful reach a goal you'd like to attain??

I cooked the boil in the bag rice in some chicken stock, tumeric, 2 cloves & 4 cardamon pods and when the rice was done i cooked the peas in the same stock for a few mins and was really tasty.

🌸 ***CHICKEN BACON AVOCADO SALAD*** INGREDIENTS:
1 Chicken Breast
2 Tomatoes
1 Can of Corn
6 Slices of Bacon
1 Bunch of Green Onions
1/2 Purple Onion
2 Avocados
1 Lemon
1/2 Cup Olive Oil
1/2 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Pepper
1 Drop Thyme Vitality Essential Oil
1 Drop Dill Vitality Essential Oil

DIRECTIONS:
Bake chicken breast on low heat until fully cooked. In separate container, shred cooked chicken with mixer. Fry bacon slices and dice when cooked. Dice tomatoes, green onions, purple onion, avocados. Drain and rinse can of corn and heat up on stovetop. Add in chicken, tomatoes, corn, bacon, green onion, purple onion in separate serving bowl and mix well. In small container, mix olive oil, salt, pepper, and essential oils to create dressing. Pour dressing over dish and enjoy!

خیار شور رنده شده نسبت به ذائقه (من 10 تا ریز رنده کردم)
هویج رنده شده 1 عدد متوسط
شوید ریز خورد شده نصف فنجان
پیاز چه ریز خورد شده 5 ساقه
نان تست 1 بسته
برای سس:
نمک و فلفل مقداری
نعنا خشک 1 قاشق مرباخوری
آب لیمو 2 قاشق غذاخوری
مقداری شیر برای رقیق کردن سس
سس مایونز 1 لیوان

همه ی مواد رو با هم ترکیب میکنیم و سس آماده شده رو به مواد اضافه میکنیم و مخلوط میکنیم تا تمام موادمون به سس آغشته بشه و نیم ساعت داخل یخچال استراحت میدیم تا تمام مواد با سس مزه دار بشه و تو این فاصله لبه های نون تست هامون رو با چاقو میگیریم و قسمت وسط نون که نرم تر هست رو داخل ظرف مورد نظر میذاریم و بعد از گذاشتن یک لایه نون کمی از الویه برداشته و روی نونهای میمالیم و دوباره لایه ی بعدی از نون رو روی الویه مون قرار میدیم و این کار رو تا تموم شدن موادمون ادامه میدیم و در آخر روی کیک رو با سس و مواد دلخواهمون تزیین میکنیم

پ.ن: من برای روی کیک الویه ام از سس استفاده کردم و با رنگ خوراکی به چند رنگ دراوردم و توسط قیف پلاستیکی روی کیکم ریختم، امیدوارم خوشتون اومده باشه

Blueberries are amazing little antioxidant storehouses, full of taste and ol' fashioned healthy goodness. This shake spotlights these little berries and enhances their flavor by synergizing them with herbal tea and cashews. If you like blueberries, you'll love this shake.

Prep time: 5 mins.

INGREDIENTS
1 cup	Herbal fruit tea
1 cup	Water
1.5 cups	Ice
1 cup	Blueberries
1/4 cup	Cashews
1.5 cups	Low-fat cottage cheese
1 tbsp	Flaxseed oil
1 tsp		Pure vanilla extract
1 pinch	Cinnamon
Splenda to taste

INSTRUCTIONS
Steep a tea bag in 1 cup of hot water for 3 minutes. Add ice to chill the tea. Combine all ingredients in a countertop blender. Blend on high until mixture is smooth and creamy. Serves 2.

VARIATION
If you are lactose intolerant or wish to avoid dairy, replace the 1 cup cottage cheese with	1 cup lactose-free yogurt or 1 cup unsweetened soy milk or 1 cup water and 1/2 scoop protein powder. Alternatively, you can substitute with non-cow ’s-milk dairy (e.g. goat's milk). For some berry variety, substitute blueberries with their antioxidant-rich cousin - the blackberry. To add some fish oil to this shake. substitute 1 teaspoon of lemon - flavored fish oil in place of flaxseed oil. For a creamier post-workout option, replace the cottage cheese with fruit-flavored yogurt. If you'd like to avoid Splenda, you can replace with a small amount of stevia.

طريقة التحضير
* نخلط الدقيق مع البكينج بودر والبيكنج صودا والملح ونضيف جوزة الطيب وعين الجمل
* نفرم الموز مع السكر البني وزيت جوز الهند في الخلاط
* نضيف خليط الدقيق على خليط الموز ونفرم مرة اخرى
* يوضع في قالب الكيك ويدخل الفرن على درجة حرارة 180 ويقدم مزين بعين الجمل
