A certain someone who wishes to remain anonymous asked me to take measurements and bring back the scale from our house
I can't remember the last time I've done before and after measurements for a new #workoutprogram which may explain why the #results didn't follow... When you sort of follow the #mealplan or workout schedule you sort of get results
After a summer of fun my pants are sort of too tight
So here we are 1 week into #22minutehardcorps and he into #T25 taking measurements and taking it serious!!

Craving normality. I've done nothing but go, go, go every weekend since my competition. I need a weekend for some R&R which is where you'll find me this upcoming weekend 😌
This past month has been absolutely incredible, definitely been one for the books. September was very good to me/for me. I've formed new relationships, witnessed my best friend get married, traveled to a couple new cities and started my off season training/meal plan... Just to name a few highlights.
Despite the crazy, packed schedule for the time being - I've tried to find BLISS throughout... The little things in life, ya know? Like going on walks with my dog, surrounding myself by people that mean the most to me, reading, sippin on almond milk lattes and just remembering to be so present. Put the blessings of what we get to do into perspective 🙏🏼

As much as we would all like it to be, there is no straight line to success. It also doesn't happen overnight. Instead it follows a line similar to a rollercoaster - side to side, upside down, and freefall.
To be successful you have to really want it and be prepared to work for it. Just like a runner training for a marathon. They can't just wake up one morning and decide to run 42km. They spend weeks and months preparing for it. If you REALLY want it, you will work hard to get there and to see those results.
