1 cup orange juice
Zest of 1 orange
1/2 cup melted butter
1/4 cup almond milk
1/2 cup coconut sugar
2 cups self raising flour
Mix all ingredients together. Pour into 12 cup muffin tray and bake in a moderate oven for 20 mins.
