I've absolutely loved training here at @phoenixgymnorwich1 the last few days and I'm making slow but sure progress despite feeling run down and having a shoulder niggle-managed a rep pb on bench (5 sets of 3 @ 45kg) and a rep pb on squat (4 sets of 3 @ 90kg) pretty easily. I followed these squats with sets of 5 at 80kg as drop sets and some spoto bench-all feeling 👌👌.
