*Gut healing homemade paleo chicken veggie soup* Thanks to @cultivatebeauty, I've found a few recipes and ideas to help me heal my gut issues once and for all. I've been struggling with many gut and digestive issues that have exacerbated over the past few months. I've also been experiencing symptoms of low iron and anemia (which were issues I dealt with in the past). Anyway this is one of many recipe post and updates I'll use this page to share. Hoping this turn of dietary change will finally help me and get rid of my gut and energy issues. I'm actually on day 3/4 of changing my diet and my mood has definitely improved along with bloating issues and a few other things. I use to eat this way and actually felt great but then decided to switch it up and do a high carb vegan diet that led me here so going back to my roots makes sense for me. Follow me along my journey, and I hope I can help others feel their best or try something new and delicious along the way. You hear about the many stories and then one day you experience it. At the time it happens, you're left wondering WTF just happened. You finally get what the others tried to explain or felt like. You make excuses for the way they handled something. You look at your phone in hopes of a text or call......As each day passes, you realize you tried to take the high road by addressing whatever issues may have existed while the other took the cowardly path. It's even more cowardly when you realize the other person deflected their thoughts on you, making you feel like you did something wrong. It isn't until time passes that you realize all of this. It's a lesson in life. It's a lesson that says people aren't always going to pay you the same courtesy you would them. It's also a negative lesson on how to not have the desire to trust in the future. We question our own judgments. When people say we're difficult or bitchy, keep in mind, we weren't always this way. Someone who we believed was a good/nice person came along and made us the people we are by showing us that there is no such thing as "nice". And then you snap out of this way of thinking and realize, there is nothing wrong with you. If someone doesn't see your worth, they didn't deserve you to begin with. That really, it's not your loss, but you are the girl who gets away and finds her happiness.
After every hurricane comes a rainbow. After every sorrow comes joy. After every lesson comes a blessing.
Most importantly comes the lesson where you learned how to accept an apology you'll never get. And that's perfectly ok 😘
Video 1 from this morning's back & bicep lift w/ my hubby🤗
I love getting to work out with him, especially when he leads me through the workout and I can just follow along. It's fun creating your own programs and writing your own workouts, but sometimes it's also nice to have someone else telling you what exercises to do.
•overhand grip bicep curls
•underhand grip bent over row
•high cable face pulls
Video 2 will be posted later💪🏻

A lot of people we meet and a lot of people at home say we must be brave. But the truth is, most of the time I feel pretty afraid. At night I worry about what could be outside the tent, and in the morning I stress about the days ahead until we reach Vancouver...Even with 116 days behind us and only 7 to go. But when I'm actually on the bike these worries tend to melt away, and each day, big or small, is a little win. Everyone has fears, but only true courage can be found when you just peddle right over the top of them. Adventure begins where your comfort zone ends.
as much as many of us would like to look like the fitness models or celebrities we see on instagram every day, looking that way is not going to bring you happiness. only learning to accept yourself and focus on what makes you special as a person will do this. these are the things that are going to last your whole life, the things people love you for- which do not include your figure. exercise because you LOVE yourself not because you hate yourself. exercise to make yourself strong and healthy, not as small and fragile as possible. these are mindsets i have been working on achieving for years now, so for any clients that wish to train with me this is what i'll be helping you achieve ❤️
Pics are awkward but new @gymshark set has arrived!! I was so upset when I first tried these on because I thought they were SUPER see through. In the end, my mom told me it didn't look see through, it was just the reflection SO I'm happy again. Returns are annoying 🙄 Anywho, did legs in these today and felt goooood. Also I have to say I LOVE THE SEAMLESS SPORTS BRA. It's so comfortable, fits sooo well, and is really cute! 🖤
If there's one thing I'm scared of, it's not living 😳. And I don't mean I'm scared of death, because that's not it 🙄. Living is a whole different thing to just being alive. Everyone has goals, dreams, desires, things they "want to do" ➡️ but majority of us hold back and don't chase those things — maybe out of fear or maybe out of the belief that they don't think it's possible? Or maybe you just think you have time? 🐢. You might say you'll travel later in life or that one day you'll follow the career path that you're actually passionate about — but that's where we mess up 🤦🏼♀️. NOTHING is guaranteed. Don't wait until it's too late to realise that there is a world of opportunity out there once you open your mind to it ✈️🌍. Don't let yourself get so comfortable that you forget what growth feels like. Do what you've got to do; live with FULL purpose and have a little faith in yourself 🌸. Wouldn't you rather say that you chose your life, instead of settling for it? 🤷🏼♀️.
Great competition Repost from @eadachbysaraoneill using @RepostRegramApp - ✨ÉADACH COMPETITION✨ So I'm sure most of you know that Éadach was initially inspired by the stories my grandmother told me when I was a child..of banshees and changelings, fairy rings and the other world. As the range progressed, inspired by Irish mythology and history, it struck me how many strong women appear in the stories- the Pirate Queen and Goddesses, Enchantresses, Sea Monsters and Warrior Queens, and indeed grandmothers and mothers, and how in Ireland the idea of the strong and resilient woman is very much woven into and imprinted on our psyche...evident in our friends, family and history. So that's who and what inspires ME, now I want to know who inspires YOU!!! Someone you know, someone you don't, a place..it doesn't matter, I just love to hear positive and inspiring stories. .
🌙RULES🌙 Post a picture on Instagram of your favourite Éadach scarf, regrammed from this post and tell me who, what or where inspires you and why. Follow both of my accounts @saraoneillstylist and @eadachbysaraoneill, tag both in the post and use the hashtag #éadachinspires for the chance to win that scarf! (If you want a closer look at the prints, link is in bio)
🌞WINNER🌞 I'll choose the winner on Sunday 1 October. I'll narrow it down to my favourite stories and then select a winner at random from the shortlist (otherwise I'd have a bunch of winners) Feel free to tag any pals that would like to get in on the action, maybe someone who just really deserves this luxurious and timeless addition to their wardrobe. Best of luck beauts!!! 💛💛💛.
😀DISCLAIMER😀 I think I have to say this is in no way associated with Instagram!! .
