Sometimes you need to stop, take a deep breath, and take a break from your busy life for a couple of minutes, and notice the beauty that's right in front of you ever single day, and remind yourself that no matter what happens, life is beautiful and will take you to beautiful destinations if you let it. ♡
As my schedule gets fuller, I'm making a conscious effort to slow down, become more aware, and find gratitude in all that surrounds me. I'm finding peace in being outdoors and realizing how connected to the earth we really are. Fresh air and sunlight feed the soul. When you find things becoming hectic, take a break, get outside, breathe deep and find something to be grateful for.. it's an immediate game changer.
I don't know what's worse for a trail runner, the red sign, or the fact that I broke about 72 cobwebs with my face (crawling spiders, dead bugs & spider eggs wrapped in silky webs stuck to your body feel awesome!), but then you know what, sometimes you have to stick your neck out there to take it all in. At least I won't have to face the spider webs on the run back. #trailrunningproblems#getoutsideanyway#takeitallin
✈️ Look down! I always always alwaaaays get myself the window seat for the chance to see sights like this. It's rare to get aerial views... and much better than looking down a plane aisle 🙃 Not sure which part of America this is, but wasn't long after leaving LAX.
