Drawing inspirations from the famous Afuri ramen based in Tokyo, our new minted Ramen centers around a light clear broth made from range-free French poulet blended with Japanese Yuzu.
Freshly made Hakata style ramen is then added and topped with aburi charshu, bamboo shoots, Japanese leek and nori before a final dash of lemon peel for a citrusy and refreshing finish.
Staying true to the meaning of Kanshoku, which means 'to finish every last bit of your food' in Japanese, our refreshing Yuzu Ramen is crafted to delight your tastebuds down to the very last bite!

And so, this is one of the craziest things that I've ever done. I've never wanted to queue for food (when there's long queue) but we went back to this ramen shop 2 days after our first visit for their ramen again! This time the queue was 2 hours half and again, their ramen never disappoint us!
We had the Black Tonkotsu - pork broth with fried garlic and black sesame paste. Their full-flavored broth is super palatable and that flavored eggiee!! Awww~ 🍜🍜
Well, my friend challenged their Level 12 God Fire (first person in Perth)🔥🔥🔥!! She enjoyed it (almost finished her soup) but wouldn't recommend to try if your spicy tolerance isn't high. #notajoke
Will definitely visit this shop again next time! 😋😋
Santa Clara means=Orenchi but I must explore every place!
Kakuni Tonkotsu Ramen ($14) || Spinach, green onion, kikurage, mushroom, dried seaweed, half boiled egg (they give a whole), and kaluni braised pork ($1 for bamboo shoots).
My cousin got the spicy tonkotsu with regular cashu pork and it wasn't even hot. The difference with his bowl and mine was the cuts of pork. I wouldn't have payed $14 for this bowl. It's like any other tonkotsu I've ever eaten. Nevertheless, it was rich, porky, and creamy in a good sensational way. Chewy noodles and cuts of pork melted in your mouth without too much fat.
