Choices, choices! I'll admit I had one of those bad boys on the left on our trip home, but that's okay! It's okay to live a little. But it's back to routine and back on track! Getting my superfoods in and working on this never ending pile of laundry 💁🏻

As requested by @mah_boy_friedrich , here are some pictures of DPRK outside of Pyongyang. Clearly it's very mountainous, rural and pretty empty. It's obviously not as glorious as Pyongyang but it doesn't look like an evil place where no one is allowed to smile. How I chose these pictures is I looked at the map, chose a city, and then looked up that city or county to find pictures of it. I didn't pick the prettiest pictures or the ugliest ones, I picked the ones that might reveal something about these places.
1. Rason (North East DPRK along coast)
2. Komusan (North East DPRK, most pictures show farmers and crops growing)
Couldn't find pictures of Paekam
3. Manpo (on Chinese boarder)
4. Chunggang (on Chinese boarder)
5. Sin'gye (mostly an abandoned area that's just old copper mines according to Wikipedia)
6. Kaesong (near southern boarder... I expected this place to look bad but it looks fine)

Practicing some posing last night with @theregularsfitness I have a long way to go. Have this urge to compete next year. I would love to compete in the classic physique, but we shall see what happen from now until next year. Had to cover my face because posing had me dying.
A lot of people ask me what I do for my ab workouts. Here it is! This has been my go to superset workout for the past 4 years. Holding the barbell in the top position of a bench press forces you to stabilize and engage your core. Give it a try!

"A self-described core organizer of Black Lives Matter Louisville outlined an extreme set of reparation demands last week, calling on white people who don't have any descendants to will their property to a “black or brown family,” among other things.
The article for Leo Weekly titled “White people, here are 10 requests from a Black Lives Matter leader” was written by Chanelle Helm, who promotes reparations for minorities with hashtags such as #RunUsOurLand and #RunUsOurMoney .
Helms claimed that those inheriting property should sell it to minority families because, as she says, “You're bound to make that money in some other white privileged way.” She also claimed that people who ignore racism are complicit in it:
White people, especially white women (because this is yaw specialty — Nosey Jenny and Meddling Kathy), get a racist fired. Yaw know what the f**k they be saying. You are complicit when you ignore them. Get your boss fired cause they racist too.
Helms also called on housing developers to allow minorities to live for free:
If you are a developer or realty owner of multi-family housing, build a sustainable complex in a black or brown blighted neighborhood and let black and brown people live in it for free.
She also urged white people to “give up the home you own to a black or brown family” if they can afford to downsize.
The concept of reparations has gained momentum of late. The Movement for Black Lives, for instance, lists a myriad of target areas, including college tuition, living expenses, and even the revamping of educational curricula from a top-down level." - The Declaration, Independent Journal Review . . .
I do not owe any of you ... One Damn Thing!
Come and try to take my home or anything else I own ... You filthy bunch of Thugs! I will drop you in the front yard and let the buzzards gnaw on your sorry rotten corpse!
