#TBT Every now and then I like to go beast mode 😛🏋️♀️ Throwback to last week when I deadlifted 120kg for 3 reps followed by a 125kg single after not doing any deadlifts for 3 months 😬😅
P.S I would NOT recommend doing this! My back was friieeeedddd afterwards but that's my own fault cuz I have back problems 🤕 But this is what happens when you train with your fitness manager who happens to be a champion powerlifter 😂 Thanks Warren @bronxtraining for tweaking my form 💪🏼

Can you tell I enjoy leg days? Yes! Twice a week I attack the Quads and Hams along with calves and glutes.
Here was the most recent Ham Dom work.
I absolutely love doing the Single Leg Press on the assisted machine. So the set up... and this applies to both male and females! I see the majority of females do this exercise while standing on the platforms... so change it up! Keep the foot on the pad while keeping the toes hanging off. Why? It engages your Hams when you "push" "press" through the heel. 🔑
Bring the leg up to around your chest area (as seen) and judge the distance at which you stand away based on the amount of tension you want to keep. This will actively engage the Hamstring along with the Glutes. Try it and I know you'll enjoy.
Also, a staple of most and one I see a lot of is the "reverse hack" not sure what else to call it but it's what the position reminds me of. Although this specific machine is slightly different than a standard. Load it up and keep the legs outside Shoulder. Depth is key with the exercise. Too many times do people load it with 45s and half ass the squat. Bottom out! and explode!

It's a well deserved rest day for me today 🤤 my body is pretty sore all over, especially after the sprints I did yesterday for the first time in a looonngg time. I felt a bit nervous doing them at first because I haven't done any hard out cardio in a bout a year and thought I might fall off the treadmill :) but I pushed through and smashed it 💦 The only workout you'll regret is the one you didn't do 🏋🏽♀️
Active boxing takes full responsibility for these muscles😂😂 I once had a woman tell me boxing wasn't HIIT enough for her to get the body she wanted. Loz you are in prime fighting condition. Dont mess with this mumma! Anyone can do this with the right commitment and attitude. Enjoy yourself on the beach this summer being all buff and shit Loz 💪🏻

Got the professional pics from our white water experience. The water was a little tamer since this was the last week of the season, but it was still a blast. Next time we are going when the river is higher and more exciting.
It feels so good to be back in the gym makin' it happen! I can't remember the last time I felt so energized, so strong, and so CONFIDENT! My goal feels like it's in reach and I'm not stopping until I get there.

ignore the bicep pose lol..... as well as sweets, i add coconut oil to my array of post work out nutrition, trust me, if you have issues putting on weight, do not turn to steroids, leave that to the people who compete, look at your diet first, you most likely are not eating enough, during my bulk i would eat 100 grams of sweets and 20 grams of coconut oil (fast digesting fat) after every session to give the muscle cells access to different energy forms quickly, that alone is a whopping 580 calories, double the coconut oil dose and you have 760 calories in seconds, with a protein shake you are talking a full on meal for you hard gainers...... #nutrition#gym#bodybuilding#weights#weightlifting#weighttraining#gains#coconutoil#sweets#fitness#gym#bicep
