I think it's illegal for me to go to Wal-Mart and not get a diet soda. 
My favorite argument against diet soda is that you don't know what all those chemicals they put in it are doing to your body!

6 oz of chicken, a cup if rice and 3 Snickers!

It's nice to have a small dessert. Nothing too big to ruin the diet but just enough to keep my sweet tooth satisfied.

Trying out something new. I'm going to write down what I do everyday at the gym and keep notes on how each set felt. 
I used to keep a good memory of everything I did. But lately life has been kicking my butt and making me put other things as priority. Hopefully this will help me keep track.

So I'm not dead. I just had a stressful 2 weeks and never really got a chance to throw a pic up and check in.
I was preparing for a Magic tournament that I played in with some friends and I was so stressed I couldn't focus. 
But I'm back! Time to get all those missed gains!

So many bros killing chest it's hard to get anything done. So I switched up the routine!
I personally line dumbbell rows compared to cable rows due to I can feel the contraction of the muscle more.

I like triceps.
The single arm cable pulldown is my all time favorite tricep workout. You can definitely feel the burn!
