April has been ROUGH. Have not been working out regularly or sticking to #bbg .The struggle is so real right now. But it's SPRING. Flowers are blooming it's getting warmer (although #NYC today is brutally cold). So, I'm taking a minute to set some goals and am hoping that by putting them out there I will stick to them. Here goes nothing! Goals: workout 5 times a week ✔️ cut back on the junk food ✔️ get 7-8 hours of sleep a night ✔️ take at least one day a week to focus on ME and not on work ✔️ Cheers to a fresh start 🌸
Been eating these #squarebar protein bars post #bbg ! They are absolutely delicious. Working on getting some recipes for lunch/dinner so I stop relying on seamless so much 😂 Any good recommendations for go-to meals for dinner that are #dairyfree / #glutenfree ?
