A few people have approached me in the gym asking how I have such a wide range of motion and ability to incorporate flexibility in my workouts. I danced for many years of my life and this was the stretch routine we did every day. But, I haven't danced in 5 years and I am still just as flexible because I continue to do this stretch routine after my workouts. It's AMAZING. Even if you aren't flexible these stretches will still benefit you. We all know how important stretching can be for muscle improvement so give some of these moves a shot if you're looking for different stretches! 
Ps- this video is obviously sped up. I usually hold each stretch for about 10 seconds (or however long you can) 😁 .

The shoulders are finally making an appearance πŸ‘€ I have always been self conscious about my arms. I used to have zero upper body strength and zero muscle definition in them. I began incorporating more push-ups and assisted pull-ups into my workouts and am finally seeing more definition and strength πŸ’ͺ🏼 I still can't do a regular pull-up but hey we'll get there someday!! πŸ˜‚
